Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz's College of Nursing is seeking an open-rank Lifecycle Grants & Contracts Professional to support sponsored research administration across the grant lifecycle. The role may focus on pre-award or post-award work depending on need and candidate experience.

Responsibilities include proposal preparation, budget development, award setup, financial management, reporting, subaward administration, and training colleagues while ensuring compliance and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; substitution allowed for related experience.
• Experience in grants and contracts administration preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration with internal offices and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-award lifecycle for an assigned portfolio including proposal planning and budgeting.
• Oversee post-award grants and contracts, budgets, compliance and reporting.
• Coordinate with OGC and university partners for approvals and documentation.
• Support training, process improvement, and collaboration across offices.
• Maintain accurate grant documentation and assist with audits.
