• Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in EE/CE or related field, completed before start date.
• Associate Professor: above plus six years at rank or equivalent.
• Professor: above plus six years at rank or equivalent.
• All ranks: evidence of effective university-level teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in electrical and computer engineering, including hands-on laboratory and design courses.
• Build a research program with funded projects, publications, industry collaborations, or technology transfer (Assistant Professor and above).
• Mentor undergraduate and graduate students, including senior design and research projects.
• Contribute to department and University service and shared governance.
