Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking Open Pit Haul Truck Operators for the Turquoise Ridge team in Nevada. You will safely operate haul trucks and perform other duties as assigned while working a rotating schedule of nights and days.

Qualifications

• Entry level position with no mining experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math and science to complete daily reporting.
• Reliable, consistent work history is expected.
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and haul truck functions preferred.
• Must communicate with all Mine Operations personnel.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Satisfactory safety, performance, and attendance record required.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Experience operating 300-ton haul trucks is preferred.
