Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking experienced Platform and Pioneer Drillers for long-life, large-scale mining projects in Arizona. You will operate CAT 6200 and Sandvik Leopards, execute GPS-guided drill plans, and uphold strict safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of open-pit drilling experience (rotary, DTH, or top hammer).
• MSHA Part 48 (Metal/Nonmetal) certification required (or willingness to obtain—support provided).
• Proven safety, reliability, and performance in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate CAT 6200 and Sandvik Leopard DI650i drills in a high-production open-pit environment, delivering safe, consistent output.
• Execute drill plans using GPS-guided systems and modern controls to ensure precision and productivity.
• Follow all MSHA, company, and site safety standards in fast-paced, changing conditions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment running at peak performance.
