Ledcor Group in Arizona is seeking experienced Platform and Pioneer Drillers to operate CAT 6200 and Sandvik Leopard DI650i in open-pit mining, delivering high production safely.

You will execute drill plans with GPS-guided systems, maintain equipment, and uphold MSHA Part 48 safety standards on long-term projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year open-pit surface drilling experience (rotary, DTH, or top hammer).
• MSHA Part 48 (Metal/Nonmetal) certification required (or willingness to obtain; support provided).
• Proven track record of safety, reliability, and performance in demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate CAT 6200 and Sandvik Leopard DI650i drills in a high-production open-pit environment, delivering safe, consistent output.
• Execute drill plans using GPS-guided systems and modern controls to ensure precision and productivity.
• Follow all MSHA, company, and site safety standards in fast-paced, changing conditions.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance to reduce downtime and keep equipment running at peak performance.
