Responsibilities

• Operate cooking equipment such as ovens and kettles.
• Verify ingredients and measure quantities.
• Prepare products for cooking and monitor temperatures.
• Scoop and portion products into kettles; ensure sanitation.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work area after use.
• Move pallets and containers as needed.
• Communicate information to Supervisor and follow GMPs.
• Follow safety, food safety, and environmental procedures.
