Qualifications

• Two years of scrubbing in a major operating room required.
• At least one year of Open-Heart Scrub Technician experience required.
• Current CST certification and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist cardiothoracic surgeons with instrumentation for Open Heart surgery.
• Prepare and manage tubings used by the heart-lung (pump) machine.
