The Human Resources department is looking for an OE Program Manager with a strategic and people centered focus on benefit plan administration, data integrity.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in benefits, process efficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, and an ability to build trust across departments by translating policy into practice.
What You’ll Do:
The Benefits Program Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the annual U.S. Open Enrollment (OE) process to ensure a smooth and successful experience for employees and stakeholders. This includes strategic planning, execution, and coordination across systems, communications, and vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- OE Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of the U.S. Open Enrollment process, including timeline development, system readiness, communications, and stakeholder alignment.
- Project Management: Drive end-to-end OE planning and execution, ensuring milestones are met and cross-functional collaboration is maintained.
- System Testing: Manage the setup and testing of enrollment platforms (Tri-Ad, Workday, ADP) to ensure accurate reflection of plans, eligibility, rates, and user experience.
- Communication & Materials: Create and manage OE communications, including employee guides, FAQs, digital content, and presentations in collaboration with internal teams.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Legal, and other teams to align on OE strategy and resolve issues efficiently.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary contact for benefit providers, coordinating plan updates, confirming system readiness, and ensuring timely delivery of required inputs.
- Education & Training: Deliver OE presentations and webinars for HR partners and employees to ensure understanding and engagement.
This role requires strong project management, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate benefit systems and vendor relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The Experience You Need to Have:
Required Experience:
- 5 -7 years of experience in employee benefits, HR operations, with at least 3 years specifically managing U.S. Open Enrollment processes.
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration platforms such as Tri-Ad (or similar), and HRIS/Payroll systems like Workday and ADP.
- Demonstrated experience in project management - ability to manage complex, cross-functional timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to test and validate system configurations, including plan rules, rates, and eligibility.
- Experience developing and executing benefits communication strategies and creating OE materials (guides, FAQs, presentations).
- Strong background in vendor management, including coordinating across multiple providers and resolving implementation issues.
- Experience leading employee training sessions or webinars related to benefits or OE.
