Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking an OPEN+ Deployment Lead to drive deployment across the Owensboro factory, aligning with IOS and PMI strategy. The role focuses on capability building, coaching, and executing operational excellence initiatives to deliver measurable business impact.

The position requires leadership in FMCG manufacturing, expertise in Lean/Six Sigma, training experience, and strong stakeholder collaboration. Base salary reflects the market and benefits package for a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
• Experience leading FMCG/manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and production planning.
• Experience training and coaching teams on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with EHS policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead OPEN+ deployment training and capability building.
• Coach teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and logistics optimization initiatives.
• Standardize processes and align with global best practices.
• Track deployment progress and key performance metrics.
• Partner with regional and site leaders to execute strategic initiatives.
• Promote innovation, knowledge sharing, and replication of best practices.
• Leverage digital tools to improve efficiency and operational performance.
