Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example ensuring safety, housekeeping, and asset care.
• Maintain equipment and assets and escalate issues for reliability.
• Support value stream activities to hit production targets and reduce waste.
• Coordinate across shifts to align with production plans and continuous improvement.
• Identify inefficiencies, measure gaps, and implement corrective actions.
