Job summary

Adapt Integrated Health Care in Roseburg, OR is seeking an Open Access Therapist to join our outpatient mental health team. This full-time role focuses on crisis engagement, rapid access to services, and collaborative care to promote recovery and safety for our clients.

Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing ISSP, individual and group therapy, case management, and coordination with community partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology, plus experience in a mental health setting is preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess a valid driver's license.
• Current MHACBO eligibility/registration as a QMHP or current Oregon Licensing Board Associate Registration.

Responsibilities

• Engage in crisis intervention and facilitate access to mental health treatment.
• Assess clients and develop comprehensive treatment plans supporting safety and recovery.
• Provide individual and group therapy, case management, and coordination with partners.
• Maintain required records and documentation in compliance with policy and state law.
• Respond to emergencies as part of the crisis team when needed.
