Job summary

Power Distributors LLC, located in Columbus, OH, is the sales and distribution arm for Briggs and Stratton and other brands. We are seeking a Parts Specialist to optimize replacement parts inventory and develop competitive parts programs for our dealer network.

The role reports to the Vice President of Sales and requires collaboration with Marketing, Education, and Sales teams, including regional travel. Strong MS Office and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• OPE industry experience is required.
• Knowledge and experience with OEM and aftermarket parts reference systems.
• Experience with PartSmart, JD Point, C Systems and other industry software.
• MS Office proficiency with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory across all brands to optimize turns and identify overstock issues.
• Analyze competitive programs and track performance.
• Develop cross-reference materials for parts.
• Create training materials with the Education team for internal and external users.
• Develop parts programs with Marketing for implementation.
• Collaborate with Sales and travel regionally to visit customers.
• Manage and develop vendor relationships.
