We are now seeking a Memory Care Manager to join our team!

This is a management position responsible for the overall look, feel and performance of the community’s Memory Care program including the personal care services and program delivery provided by the staff.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain current resident health records in accordance with company standards, state licensing requirements and Eldermark training.
  • Assist resident and/or family with identifying and coordinating community resources to support resident's needs.
  • Advocate for Memory Care program residents and develop creative, person-centered interventions and approaches to care.
  • Hire, orient, and manage Memory Care staff.

What you'll bring:

  • Associate’s or higher degree preferred.
  • One year of progressive management experience required.
  • A minimum of two years’ experience relevant to memory care required.
  • Experience in senior living setting preferred.
