MANN+HUMMEL in Fayetteville, AR is seeking an entry-level manufacturing operator to assist in setup, adjustment and operation of production machinery. You will follow specifications to produce goods and parts.

The role involves performing routine maintenance, monitoring machine performance, recording data, and assisting with troubleshooting to keep production moving smoothly.

• Assisting in the setup, adjustment and operation of machinery to produce goods or parts according to specifications.
• Supporting the acquisition of operation plans and carrying out the processing of manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients, including mechanical processing as required
• Performing cleaning, servicing and routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working order
• Supporting the monitoring of machines during operation to ensure they are functioning properly and carrying out repairs as needed
• Identifying problems (causes) that occur with machines and supporting the optimization of processes for troubleshooting
• Administering operational processes and keeping accurate records of machine performance
