Job summary

MANN+HUMMEL is seeking personnel in Fayetteville, Arkansas to assist with the setup, adjustment and operation of manufacturing machinery in order to produce goods and parts to specifications.

You will support the acquisition of operation plans, process manufacturing batches of bulk materials, and perform mechanical processing as required. Routine maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and record-keeping of machine performance are part of the role.

• Assisting in the setup, adjustment and operation of machinery to produce goods or parts according to specifications.
• Supporting the acquisition of operation plans and carrying out the processing of manufacturing batches of bulk materials/ingredients, including mechanical processing as required
• Performing cleaning, servicing and routine maintenance on machines to ensure they remain in good working order
• Supporting the monitoring of machines during operation to ensure they are functioning properly and carrying out repairs as needed
• Identifying problems (causes) that occur with machines and supporting the optimization of processes for troubleshooting
• Administering operational processes and keeping accurate records of machine performance
