Responsibilities

• Lead the overall communication, planning, and implementation processes for multiple clients.
• Provide monthly updates to the Managing Director on client performance vs. goals.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful execution of account management.
• Retain and grow existing client budgets and develop new business from existing accounts.
• Present market updates and insights to clients and agencies.
• Collaborate with leadership to adapt services to meet client needs and grow the business.
• Identify client issues and develop solutions with teams.
• Demonstrate leadership in client, agency, and internal presentations.
