Omnicom Media in the United States is seeking an Out of Home Associate Director to lead multi-client communication plans and ensure high-quality delivery across accounts. You will collaborate with the Managing Director to meet and exceed billing and revenue targets while maintaining attention to financial reporting accuracy.

• OOH experience across all environments and markets.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow staff, agency, and client relationships.
• Experience presenting to top-level clients and executives.
• Strong financial management knowledge of internal and client businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead communication, planning and implementation to deliver high-quality plans for multiple clients.
• Provide monthly updates to the Managing Director on client performance versus goals.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive service and problem solving.
• Retain and grow existing client budgets and identify new business from current accounts.
• Present market updates and insights to clients and partner agencies.
• Collaborate to adapt services to meet client and agency needs and drive growth.
• Identify and resolve client issues with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and deliver convincing proposals and educate staff on analysis techniques.
• Demonstrate leadership in presenting to clients, agencies and peers.
• Stay informed on developments in the OOH market and adjust plans accordingly.
• Assist budgeting, staffing, and org chart planning for new business wins.
• Foster a positive culture and mentor staff to reach their potential.
• Lead agency projects and explore partnerships for new revenue streams.
