Job summary

Veriipro seeks an experienced Ontology / Knowledge Graph Engineer to design and implement ontology-driven knowledge graphs using OWL, RDF, SPARQL, SHACL, and JSON-LD. The role focuses on scalable semantic models and consistent data governance.

Responsibilities include building enterprise ontologies, implementing reasoning, performing validation, and collaborating with data teams to align semantic requirements with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience designing ontology-driven knowledge graphs.
• Proficiency with OWL, RDF, SPARQL and SHACL for semantic modeling.
• Hands-on experience with entity resolution and data integration.
• Strong knowledge of KG concepts, graph models, and analytics.
• Ability to design scalable ontology governance and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ontologies and semantic models.
• Build ontology-driven knowledge graph solutions aligned with business needs.
• Develop RDF-based graphs using OWL, RDF, SPARQL, SHACL and JSON-LD.
• Implement ontological inference and reasoning capabilities.
• Perform consistency checks and validate ontology and KG data.
• Develop graph data models for RDF and property graph architectures.
• Implement entity resolution across disparate data sources.
• Run graph analytics to derive insights from connected data.
• Use Protégé, TopBraid Composer, Stardog, GraphDB, Neo4j, and Jena tools.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects and stakeholders to set semantic standards.
