Job summary

Disney Springs Ganachery is seeking a Chocolatier to craft chocolate confections from scratch in our onstage kitchen and engage guests during tastings. This role blends culinary artistry with guest service in a magical Disney environment.

Ideal candidates bring 6 months of recent Food & Beverage exposure and a passion for pastry; Serve Safe certification is preferred. The position operates onstage with a focus on high-end chocolate products and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of recent Food & Beverage exposure.
• Experience with chocolate or confections preferred.
• Be Serve Safe certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Temper chocolate for various applications.
• Mold, sculpt, enrobe, carve, and decorate confections.
• Create molded or hand-crafted confections.
• Maintain high standards of guest service onstage.
• Process guest orders accurately through POS and handle payments.
• Communicate with guests to guide chocolate purchases.
