Zusammenfassung

Roads to Success is seeking an Activity Specialist to plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate enrichment activities for youth at Bronx program sites. This part-time onsite role offers up to 20 hours per week with a pay rate of $20.00–$25.00 per hour, requiring strong facilitation and youth-development skills.

Work with the Program Director and staff to create lesson plans, maintain accurate records, and ensure a safe, inclusive environment at 3981 Hillman Ave, Bronx, NY 10463.

Qualifikationen

• Plan and lead structured, engaging group activities for youth.
• Experience in youth development settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with youth, families, and staff.

• Plan and facilitate high-quality enrichment activities within the assigned specialty area.

• Prepare materials, equipment, and spaces; ensure cleanup after programming.

• Maintain attendance and program records.
