Job summary

Personify Health is seeking a Workplace Health Coach to support a large financial client in Mt. Laurel, NJ. This onsite role focuses on individual and group coaching to improve employee health and wellbeing, using evidence-based strategies and multiple modalities.

You'll drive platform adoption, design health education programs, and use data to refine programs while collaborating with the client's Corporate Benefits team to align priorities. Travel ~10% to Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field required.
• Master's degree preferred; NBHWC or ICF certification preferred within 2 years.
• 3-5 years experience in health coaching or related fields.
• 2-4 years experience with behavior change management and motivational interviewing.
• Experience conducting coaching sessions in confidential environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual and group coaching across multiple modalities (in-person and virtual).
• Apply coaching methodologies to support employees with health concerns and behavior change.
• Design onsite and virtual health education programs (workshops, group coaching, webinars).
• Guide employees to appropriate external resources while maintaining coaching relationships.
• Drive Personify Health platform adoption and ongoing engagement.
• Use data to improve outcomes and refine participant experience.
• Interface with client's Corporate Benefits team to align programming with priorities.
