Job summary

Electronic Arts is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager for the Los Angeles area, onsite. You will lead the Workplace Experience (WE) team, shape a productive environment, and partner with Real Estate, IT, Security, and People practices to support EA studios.

You will drive site programs, standards, and service delivery, ensuring employee well-being, culture, and engagement while managing the site budget and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities, or related operational roles.
• Experience leading onsite teams and coordinating cross-functional partners.
• Strong problem-solving, budgeting, and communication skills across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, services, programs, and partnerships.
• Manage the onsite WE team and ensure high service standards.
