Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

• Experience with NexGen IT software and Microsoft Office preferred.
• Ability to obtain security access and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process data into maintenance management software.

• Support planners and schedulers with documentation.
