Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience with Air Force facilities (maintenance position or similar).
• Hands on experience using AF NEXGEN data system, or other military or engineering data entry system.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with detailed data entry and computer processing.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, apply and follow policies, guidelines, and instructions both oral and written.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and readily adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned duties safely and efficiently to maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure accurate and timely data collection and updates for engineer, real property and geo spatial data.
• Conduct Facility, real property surveys, and space related inspections per AF standards and guidance.
• Create maps/plans using GIS and CADD tools.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
• Maintain centralized storage of data records.
• Support data base management and survey materials.
