Qualifications

• Knowledge of 802.11 Wi-Fi standards and wireless security.
• Strong TCP/IP and routing fundamentals.
• Experience analyzing logs and diagnosing complex network issues.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve customer support escalations from multiple channels.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality and timeliness.
• Build and maintain layer 2/3 network testbeds.
• Understand features and reproduce customer issues.
• File tickets on bugs found and analyze logs to identify root causes.
• Work with developers and drive solutions.
• Participate in meetings and provide status updates.
• Analyze logs to isolate faults and communicate root-cause findings.
