Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a Program Manager to direct an on-site corporate fitness program in Washington, DC. You will lead staff, design health programs, and manage the client relationship to achieve high participation and measurable outcomes.

This role offers weekday hours and a path to leadership within a trusted wellness provider. The candidate will have an associate degree or higher in a related field, CPR/First Aid, and a recognized group exercise or PT certification.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology or related discipline.
• 2+ years’ related industry experience.
• Current Adult CPR/AED/First Aid certifications required by start date (in-person component).
• Industry recognized Group Exercise certification or NCCA accredited PT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and influence the on-site fitness program in a multi-tenant corporate setting.
• Develop and manage the yearly strategic business plan and operating budget.
• Ensure contract compliance and high customer satisfaction with client relationships.
• Coordinate staff supervision, training, and development; schedule fitness programming.
• Track program data and deliver outcomes-focused management reports.
