Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and designs wellness programs with their facility, ensuring training, reporting and documentation requirements are met.
• Supports regional teams, operations, and implementation of new wellness products and services.
• Develops and implements tools to evaluate program effectiveness and manage outcomes.
• Reports program participation and outcomes to stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
• Provides on-site screening support and education as needed.
• Coordinates ongoing record keeping and prepares reports as requested.
• Liaises with internal departments such as Health Services, Marketing, IT, and Sales to promote activities.
• Manages calendar and promotion of activities in coordination with Marketing.
