Job summary

Ramp Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our onsite clinical team in Lima, Ohio. You will deliver preventive care, manage chronic conditions, provide health education, and support wellness initiatives directly at the workplace.

The role requires Ohio NP licensure, national certification, and CPR/BLS. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation, and participate in safety and wellness campaigns on site.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP in Ohio.
• Current national certification.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• Experience in wellness/occupational health/employee health preferred.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care and chronic disease management for employees onsite.
• Coordinate medical oversight and care delivery with the clinical team.
• Lead Wellness program initiatives and health education.
• Administer immunizations and injections as requested.
• Perform fit testing for facemasks.
• Coordinate emergency medical services with local EMS partners.
