Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Ohio.
• Current national certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in wellness or employee health preferred.
• Strong communication & documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to coordinate treatments.
• Lead Wellness program initiatives.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide fit testing for facemasks.
• Coordinate with EMS for health protocols.
• Participate in onsite safety meetings.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
