Job summary

EFCO Corp. in Georgia is seeking a Welder to perform Stick and MIG welding on standard and custom parts, following safety practices and quality standards.

You will read drawings, set weld parameters, and verify dimensions to 1/64 in. You’ll support retrofits, repairs, and modifications as directed, ensuring production flow remains uninterrupted.

This 100% onsite role at our Conley, GA facility requires physical endurance and strict adherence to job safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Welding experience required.
• Familiarity with mechanical drawings and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate Stick and Mig welders to join metal components on standard and custom products.
• Use appropriate weld settings and fixtures to maintain weld integrity.
• Complete retrofits and modify standard products as directed.
• Repair forms and components following specifications and quality standards.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings to determine weld locations, sizes, and sequence.
• Use tape measures and gauges to confirm dimensions to 1/64".
• Keep workspaces clean and safe; adhere to environmental and safety procedures.
