Job summary

EFCO is seeking a skilled Welder to perform basic Stick and MIG welding on standard and custom parts at our Conley, GA facility. You will ensure weld quality and contribute to continuous production flow while following safety practices.

The role requires interpreting drawings, selecting proper settings, and maintaining clean, organized workstations. You will participate in retrofit tasks and repairs as needed to meet specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Welding experience required.
• Familiarity with mechanical drawings and measurement tools.
• Ability to interpret specifications and maintain weld quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate Stick and MIG welders to join metal components on standard and custom products.
• Complete retrofits and modify standard products as directed.
• Read drawings and interpret engineering specifications to determine weld locations, sizes, and sequence.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to safety procedures.
