Job summary

Envita Solutions, a division of The Heritage Group, seeks an on-site Program Manager to lead a team delivering waste reduction, segregation, and reuse programs for customers. You will coordinate with the Environmental Department, schedule shipments, and manage documentation and reporting.

The role requires 3+ years of consultative client solutions, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships in-person and remotely, with experience in waste management and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Required high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience providing consultative solutions to clients.
• Experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience managing a team.
• Preferred 5+ years of experience in waste management industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support onsite Program Managers in all areas of their day-to-day business.
• Manage waste reduction, segregation, and reuse programs for customer.
• Schedule all waste shipments including all recycling materials.
• Prepare monthly waste activity reports and regular operational performance reviews for clients and internal leadership.
• Enter and maintain information within Salesforce for opportunity tracking.
• Review and advise on customer proposals and cost/profit analysis.
• Consult with clients and vendors to develop solutions to improve by-product management processes.
