Job summary

Envita Solutions, formerly Heritage Interactive Services, seeks an Onsite Shift Supervisor to supervise daily by-product management operations and ensure safe, efficient site performance. You will assist with process development, coordinate with the client, and support crews in waste handling and recycling tasks.

Responsibilities include safety leadership, inspections, staff oversight, waste tracking, and collaboration with suppliers and client teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily onsite by-product management operations.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation and assist with process implementation.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and oversee sorting/handling of by-products.
• Maintain professional interactions with clients, suppliers, and Envita staff.
• Complete waste-tracking forms and activity reports; support training.
• Assist with MRO and business development opportunities as assigned.
