Qualifications

• Requires broad training in fields such as business administration or related areas.
• Normally requires a minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and motivates warehouse associates.
• Monitors processes and recommends productivity improvements.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules and DEA regulations.
• Oversees receiving, shipping, returns, picking, packing, and stocking.
• Maintains records of deliveries and shipments.
• Oversees order filling and controlled substances handling.
• Manages dock/vault records and route manifests.
• Interacts with customers to resolve delivery issues.
• Oversees packing quality and item protection.
• Manages attendance, performance, and scheduling.
• May conduct physical inventory.
