Job summary

MWI Animal Health, a Cencora brand, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Grand Prairie, TX facility. The role oversees receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and controlled substance handling while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Shift runs Monday–Friday with schedule flexibility as needed, on-site only.

You will manage a team of associates, coach them for performance, and maintain detailed records, all while upholding safety standards and DEA regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires leadership experience and ability to direct and coach warehouse staff.
• Strong communication, decision-making and analytical skills are essential.
• Regularly interact with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Experience with warehouse operations and basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel) is required.

Responsibilities

• Directs workflow and supervises warehouse associates.
• Monitors processes and suggests productivity improvements.
• Ensures safety guidelines and DEA regulations are followed.
• Maintains records of delivery processes and inventory counts.
• Oversees receipt, packing, order filling, and shipments of controlled substances when applicable.
• May participate in physical inventory and weekend on-call rotations.
