Cencora is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team at our Brooks, KY facility. You will direct workflow, supervise receiving, shipping, and order fulfillment, and ensure strict compliance with safety and DEA regulations.

The role requires strong leadership, organized operations, and the ability to manage records and on-call rotations. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least two years of related experience, plus proficiency with MS Office and warehouse

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Work Experience: Minimum of two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs the workflow and supervises warehouse associates.
• Oversees receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory processes.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules and DEA regulations.
• Maintains records of delivery, order filling, and shipments of controlled substances.
• Monitors performance, attendance and overtime; supports training and development.
