Job summary

Lenze in United States, Uxbridge, MA is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support production by accurately picking and delivering materials, maintaining inventory integrity, and safely operating warehouse equipment.

You will perform daily cycle counts, process SAP transactions, and uphold 5S standards while collaborating across teams to meet production goals. A strong work ethic and focus on safety are essential for success in this onsite role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and deliver materials to production team based on work orders and pick lists.
• Process inventory transactions and scan product documentation in SAP.
• Store, organize, and maintain products in designated warehouse locations to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate, report, and help resolve inventory discrepancies or material issues.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment by adhering to 5S principles and recycling initiatives.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and support periodic inventory audits.
• Proactively identify and report safety concerns to help maintain a safe workplace.
• Collaborate with and support other departments through cross-training and teamwork.
