Lenze Americas Corporation in Uxbridge, MA is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support production by picking and delivering materials and maintaining inventory accuracy. This on-site role requires safety-conscious team players who can operate pallet jacks and SAP, adhere to 5S standards, and participate in cycle counts and audits.

Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles preferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and deliver materials to production based on work orders.
• Process inventory transactions and SAP documentation.
• Store and organize products to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and support inventory audits.
