The Manufacturing Operator performs assembly and material‑handling activities, operates basic production tools, and supports workflow to meet daily production, quality, and safety requirements. This role follows prints, work instructions, BOMs, and standard work; performs in‑process inspection; completes required documentation; supports changeovers; and communicates issues to maintain efficient, safe, and on‑time production.
You’re a hands‑on builder who takes pride in doing things the right way, safely, accurately, and consistently. You enjoy working in a production environment, following work instructions, using tools, and keeping materials and processes moving to meet quality and daily production goals.
