Work Location: Fully Onsite – Seattle, Washington

This is a fully onsite non-exempt position. Candidates must be able to live and work in the Seattle area and be onsite at Food Lifeline as required for this role.

Food Lifeline is looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to provide hands-on leadership for the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and, just as importantly, the people who make that work possible.

This is a highly visible, floor-based management role responsible for helping food move safely, efficiently, and accurately through receiving, replenishment, inventory movement, order fulfillment, staging, and distribution. The Warehouse Operations Manager leads and develops warehouse staff, sets daily priorities, coordinates people and resources, addresses operational challenges, and helps create a culture grounded in safety, accountability, teamwork, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being close to the work and the people doing it—someone who can coach and develop employees, make thoughtful decisions in a fast-moving environment, solve problems in real time, and bring teams together around shared goals. Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, food distribution, or another complex operational environment is important. Experience with food safety, warehouse management systems, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance is a plus.

Compensation

The full salary range for this position is $34.00 to $46.00 hourly. Starting salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Most new hires should expect to start in the middle portion of the range, with opportunities for compensation growth as they gain experience and proficiency in the role.
