Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the gatekeeper of security by processing all inmate and institutional mail, following mail rules and procedures.
• Deliver legal mail, maintain logs, and act as notary when needed.
• Distribute institutional mail, prepare routine replies, update reports, and process inmate grievances.
• Provide clerical support for institutional operations and handle court documents.
• Manage warehouse inventory, process received goods, place property tags, and assist staff and vendors.
