Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition and Horseshoe Beverage Company in Neenah, WI, are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics for our facility. This on-site role follows a 2-2-3 schedule from 5:45am to 6:00pm.

Lead warehouse staff, oversee shipping/receiving, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet goals. Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP and data-driven decision making is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient with WMS, ERP systems, and data analysis in Excel or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff across shipping, receiving, inventory control and order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and audits, and ensure FIFO where applicable.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipping and work with carriers to optimize costs and timelines.
• Train and develop staff; ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Utilize WMS and ERP data to prepare performance and staffing reports.
