Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition and Horseshoe Beverage Company in Neenah, WI seek a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to route inbound and outbound shipments, manage BOLs, and maintain paperwork. The role backs up the warehouse team and requires familiarity with ERP systems and a 2-2-3 schedule (5:45am - 6:00pm).

You will support the department by updating the procedure manual, coordinating with Transportation and Shift Supervisors, and ensuring accuracy in shipping records while working at the Neenah, WI

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Computer experience required to operate ERP and related systems.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to perform all Shipping & Receiving clerk responsibilities.
• Billing and creation of BOL's.
• Manage movement of inbound and outbound trailers to dock door.
• Maintain and update procedure manual for the department.
• Lead the day-to-day activities of the Shipping & Receiving Department.
• Maintain BOL's and close outbound shipments.
• Communicate missed appointments to Transportation Team and Shift Supervisor.
• Attend meetings and interact with support departments and all levels of management.
• Work with DC associates and correct shipping discrepancies.
• Complete transactions in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) and Web-based TMS (Kuebix).
