Job summary

BDA is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to oversee and coordinate training for warehouse operations. The role focuses on building a robust learning culture, delivering onboarding and upskilling programs, and turning real-world insights into effective training experiences.

The ideal candidate will be on the floor, observing daily operations and partnering with functional leaders to ensure training aligns with performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience facilitating training programs in in-person and virtual settings.
• Experience coordinating training for warehouse operations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, upskilling, system training, and compliance training in-person and virtually.
• Manage logistics for training sessions and LMS administration.
• Facilitate simulations and coaching to reinforce learning on the floor.
• Lead onboarding and skills training for warehouse associates across picking, packing, replenishment, equipment operation, and safety.
