Job summary

BDA Inc. in the United States is seeking an Learning and Development Specialist to oversee and coordinate training for our warehouse operations teams. The L&D Specialist will have an active role in developing, creating, implementing, and maintaining a robust learning culture at BDA.

This role will build greater structure, consistency, and accountability into our warehouse training. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being on the floor, observing daily operations, and turning real-world

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience facilitating training programs, including both in‑person and virtual environments.
• Experience with learning content curation and collaborating with instructional design teams.
• Proficiency in LMS administration, tracking, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Training ownership and delivery for onboarding, upskilling, systems, and customer standards.
• Manage training logistics, LMS administration, attendance, and assessments.
• Provide actionable feedback, coach participants, and partner with leaders on scaling training.
• Lead onboarding and skills training for warehouse operations across multiple roles.
• Evaluate and improve training programs using feedback and performance data.
• Maintain training docs, certifications, and recertification processes.
• Support forklift/warehouse safety training and compliance.
