Job summary

Revlon Roanoke Distribution Center is seeking a full-time onsite Warehouse Associate. You will operate forklifts, handle order retrieval, and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include manual lifting up to 50 lbs, cross-training across warehouse areas, and adherence to safety and lean programs. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required; onsite Monday–Thursday schedule applies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• 1 year of extensive forklift operation (stand-up preferred).
• 6 months experience in inventory verification.
• 6 months experience in warehousing related to shipping processes.
• Basic Math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, reach with hands and arms and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have good visual alertness, hand coordination and judgment to operate material handling equipment.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely according to company policy and report forklift condition.
• Receive, read, and act on documents related to retrieval and fulfillment of orders.
• Assist locating inventory using the warehouse management system.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jack, electric pallet jacks, strapping/wrapping machines, pallet scales.
• Perform stock movements and communicate inventory discrepancies to coordinators.
• Support the 5S Lean Program.
• Be flexible to cross-train and support all warehouse areas.
