Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution is seeking an Order Fulfillment Warehouse Operator for the 2nd shift at our Roanoke Distribution Center. You will operate a forklift, manage palletized goods, and ensure accurate moves while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires warehouse experience, forklift certification, and the ability to work evenings with potential overtime. Our benefits include health plans and retirement options as part of total compensation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• At least 1 year of forklift operation (preferably stand-up).
• 6 months inventory verification experience.
• 6 months warehousing experience related to shipping process.
• Must be able to stand, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and report mechanical condition.
• Receive, read, and process documents for retrieval and forwarding of orders.
• Assist in locating inventory using the warehouse management system.
• Operate pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and wrapping/strapping equipment.
• Perform stock movements and communicate inventory discrepancies.
• Support the 5S Lean Program.
• Cross-train to support all warehouse areas.
