Job summary

Revlon is seeking an End Rider picker to safely operate a forklift and transport palletized goods within our Roanoke, Virginia facility. This full-time onsite role requires adherence to company policies, OSHA regulations, and accuracy targets for moves per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic Math skills required.
• Experience with JDE replenishment and DSI.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate End Rider forklift safely and in accordance with policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Move palletized goods within the facility using motorized equipment.
• Read and understand company documents related to orders and inventory movements.
• Support inventory adjustments and stock movements as directed by Lead.
• Maintain accuracy of moves and assist in process improvements.
• Perform daily inspections and report forklift mechanical issues as required.
• Attend to duties across departments to meet customer needs.
