Job summary

MAC.BID is hiring a Facility Floater in Schertz, TX to support warehouse operations. The role is full-time, hourly, non-exempt, and requires available onsite Monday through Friday with a set eight-hour day including a half-hour lunch.

The Facility Floater will assist across departments, including pallet handling, cleaning, sorting, and unloading live trailers to prevent retention fees, while adhering to all policies and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Clear/gather, inventory, and sort pallets.
• Clean warehouse and office spaces using mop, broom, and vacuum.
• Empty garbage and fill the dumpster according to vendor criteria.
• Collect and bale cardboard.
• Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retention fees.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
