Job summary

Grainger in Perris, CA is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to support inventory integrity and order processing, including picking, packing, staging, and shipping. The role reports to a DC Supervisor and requires being on your feet in a fast-paced environment.

You will operate scanning equipment, maintain safety and cleanliness, meet productivity standards, and work a Monday–Friday day shift with overtime as needed. Previous warehouse or retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and lifting assessment.
• PIE operators must operate warehouse vehicles and equipment as listed.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound/outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail.
• Unload, sort, label, replenish, audit, pick and pack products.
• Ensure correct shipping to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace and comply with OSHA/Hazmat rules.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
